First, I designed the shirt design using Sure Cuts A Lot software and Yellow Magician font...

Once everyone was happy with the layout, I created a second project that had everything in reverse, then I cut freezer paper stencils with my Cricut Expressions machine (shiny side up) and ironed on to each shirt (shiny side down).

Two coats of metallic silver fabric paint. The stencil is removed while the fabric paint is still wet.

Glitter bond is painted on, stencil is removed, and neon pink glitter is poured on. Dried in 2 hrs, then repeated with a new stencil and a second coat of glitter bond and glitter.

After shirts were finished, they were heat locked with an iron from the reverse side. The shirts turned out great!
