CIA Boot Camp

Post by talanhart »

No, not that CIA, but Culinary Institute of America.

Anyway, I am so excited, because I am going to the CIA for a one week cooking Boot Camp. This is something I have wanted to do for years and I am going a week from Saturday. I will be riding my Harley, so that is going to make the experience even better. I was thinking about taking a cut for everybody and handing them out at the end of the class. What do you think of this for the artwork? Does the chefs hat look too much like a muffin?

They look great! Probably prefer version 2.
Have a wonderful time - be careful not to eat too much & cause the Harley to wobble on the return trip.

How fun! I started a cooking club here and just finished a cook book but that would be the ultimate awesome experience!

We sold our Harley to put in a pool last summer- it's all about the kids now! I really miss our rides....
I hope you are willing to share some tips and recipes when you return!

Oh, BTW, like #2 too.

I am going with version 2. I did change the word "the" to "a" so that it reads "I survived a CIA Boot Camp". I did this because they have different boot camps and who knows, I might get lucky and have another customer. There is going to be 16 people in the class. I think I am going to take 24 cuts just for the heck of it.
