Piecing Vinyl

My latest venture with vinyl is using more than one color. Here is a picture of a Flag in three colors. I cut the whole flag in White and then I layered the Blue and Red on top of the White. I used contact paper to transfer those two colors and then I peeled it away just like I would on a window. You need a steady hand to get the pieces layered correctly, but vinyl is flexible so there is some give.
I also did a Tweety Bird for my wall.

Pretty neat! I'm guessing the vinyl sticks pretty well to itself. Is the indoor or outdoor?

The White vinyl is Oracal 651 for outdoors. The colored vinyl is from H and H, so I'm not sure what it is.
