Hi I made this porcupine I think he is really cute but I would like to give him different colored feet and also a head. How do I do this separate from the base?

Thanks=)

I duplicated the pink layer, then used the bezier tool to draw the lines where I wanted to cut the feet and the head off from the body. Make sure that the parts you want to keep are inside the new shape. Selected both the new shape and the duplicate image, Path/Intersection. Then I used the node tool to clean up straw areas and adjust the shape. Not quite sure what you had in mind for the head shape, but it is pretty easy to shape the lines. HTH
