I tried the paperclip and couldn't get it to work. I'm going to try some crafting wire that I have around here somewhere if I can find it.
If that doesn't work, I'll attempt the cardboard and aluminum foil method.

Decided to go ahead and try the "cereal box" method and I got it to work.

Cardboard and foil is probably the best way to do this.

Can someone send me a template of the exact size and shape to cut the foil?

If I get a chance, I will draw something up tonight.

Here is a picture of what it should look like. This should work with the foil facing you or away from you. Only three slots need to be connected.

I got it to work!!! I have been wanting a George cart for a while because a lot of the patterns/designs out there use it. It was so easy, I used thin cardboard and foil tape that we had left over from a home improvement project. Thanks a million Todd! Now I have to go play. . .

Hi Todd,
I'm new to the boards and tried making this out of several things: cereal box and foil, actually cut up an old credit card and used "flash" tape for roofing.
I made the "silver" portion only hit the "Pins" at 2, 3 and 5.
Tried it counting from left to right AND then right to left. I used the front part of the pins and the back part of the pins.
Nothing is working.
I don't have any measuring tool that is as exact / specific as the measurements you gave on the "template" example.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
