Import original size AND GUIDES!

Post by kat78 »

I do create my designs in Illustrator in the size i want it to be. I DID! But as SCAL can not yet import it in the real size I don't have to do that - I mean it's to much work if SCAL imports it in a tiny size.

PLEASE CREATE THAT FEATURE - along with a ruler in CENTIMETERS and INCHES, and last but not least LET US HAVE GUIDES!!!!

kat,
Many of us have added this to the wishlist and thank you for adding your voice to the chorus! There is a workaround to import your designs at the size you designed them. I made a template for Inkscape users to be able to do it, but my template doesn't work with Illustrator. I got the idea from watching these videos and then refined the technique into template form. I'm sure you could do the same for Illustrator.
