Need a jpg changed to an SVG pretty please!

I can't get inkscape to work on my computer, but would really like this bobcat image made into an SVG so I can use it for a graduation card for a kid who's nickname is Bobcat. If anyone would be willing to do this for me I'd REALLY appreciate it!
