Svg files. How to ...

Post by kathscrapper »

Most of the svg files i've downloaded from this forum show up gray on my SCA mat so it won't cut. Do I need to convert these somehow before importing them? I would appreciate any help!

You shouldn't have to do anything else? Just go to file, "import" and pick the image, it should show up black and cut?

The file that you import into SCAL should only show an outline. Everything else will take a long time to cut, if at all.

Oh, maybe that's why I have trouble. Thanks! Actually on some of them when I re-import and view it comes up red instead of gray? Weird but I'll try!
Thanks for your help

When you click on the Mag Glass to Preview, the lines will be red.
