need your help for a wedding

Hello! My brother is getting married and I'm doing the invitation I nedd a template (svg) to do this type of card I hope you can help me It's my gift for him.My enveloppe are 5X7

Here is a file for it. I put in four marks for scoring. They can be deleted in Inkscape if you don't want them. :D
Also, when I import it into SCAL I had funny looking lines, but it cuts OK.
