Help!! I would like a SVG of this.

I have found this and not sure where... but would love to have this as a cut SVG file. I know you all are so talented with inkscape it will probably be easy for you. I am just so confused by Inscape, I need to work with it more but I get so frustrated ... I watched a video by Dan on changing the defaults.. and have yet to get that to work for me. lol Well here she is if any one is interested in making this. Thank you in advance

Here you go. I'm fairly new to Inkscape myself, and I haven't cut it so please let me know if it's okay when cut, or if it needs "cleaning up"!
