Can someone make this for us?

I am useless when it comes to designing my own cuts. I am dying to be able to make a shape like the Sizzix top note. IT's being shown in every scrapbook and card making magazine. Here's an example:

if the box on the site is what your looking for then you can download the top and bottom part of the lid here. Seems like someone has already posted it. As for as the inner box you might use the candy box listed here and attach the inner box to the lid with glue dots

I know there are two that are here on the site. You might do a search for top note or go to the svg files and check there. There was one posted just last week.

Hi,

I just uploaded a wednesday freebie on my blog that is the artesian shape. You can easily resize it to a small artesian for a card. Check out my blog www.jenthecrazyscrapbooker.blogspot.com to download it.
