I am playing around with inkscape-still limited use of my right arm so not perfect but I think it will work. If anyone cuts this, I'd love to see how it turns out.

I managed to cut this file successfully - the only glitch was the size I cut made the brown eyeball too small to remove - I just used a marker instead.
Forgive the messy outlining - still working on regaining mobility in my right hand/arm.
Finished size of attached sample is almost 3" high x almost 4" long.
