Deep cut blade with baby bug?

Post by danaluvs2scrap »

I am so excited about learning to make designs with inkscape....THANKS DAN! that now I want to cut chipboard. From what I am reading you need to make multiple cuts. I have the original cricut..I think that's what everyone is calling the baby bug..Can I still use the deep cut blade on my machine or is it just for the expression. I dont see a multi cut button anywhere on mine.

Thanks for any help!

My understanding is that the deep cut housing doesn't work very well (on any of the machines). A lot of people here use the 60 degree Roland blades. See this post. http://forums.surecutsalot.com/viewtopi ... 33&p=17668

There isn't a multicut option directly on the baby bug, but SCAL does have one in the Cutter menu that works with all of the machines.
