Downloading free dingbats

Help!!!!

I have just bought SCAL & downloaded Inkscape, but have not been able to work out how to download free dingbats, I have tried and tried but just can't get my head round it can anyone help before I lose the will to live!

Thanks for that I watched and did what they said.
The new font I downloaded appears in my main font folder but when I refresh the surecuts alot font library it does not show in there, however it does appear in the Inkscape fonts.
When I have managed to sort this do I downoad dingbats the same as new fonts and do they also go in my main font folder?

Any ideas?

I don't know why the font isn't showing in SCAL when it shows in other programs.

Dingbats are fonts, so do exactly the same thing with them that you did with the font.

Just tried it again still not showing in SCAL, downloaded some SVG files and put in library had no problem there ? maybe someone else might have ann idea why fonts aren't showing in SCAL

Make sure you scroll all the way through the font list. I have found fonts at the very end of the list sometimes despite what I thought was alphabetical order. Also look for variations of the dingbat font's name in case it's official name isn't what you were looking for.
