I just purchased SCAL ..I had the trial version on pc and when I opened it it said it had expired and so then I entered my serial # and got nowhere then proceeded to the next step manually update and it still won't work. I sent an email to support but would love to use it this weekend..it's rainy and icky out and just a great day to scrap! Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wron..I also tried it on my laptop which has xp and the trial version which hasn't expired and it says the samething!

Have you tried uninstalling it & then d/l it again from here & then put your serial # in? Tried to call you, but you must be outside.

Well I'm a tad bit embarassed by this but thought I'd post this so it will help someone else!When I put my serial # in I used a zero instead of an O..but I have to say that I was so suprised to get an email back the same day from Craft Edge..great service and made my day.
So I do hope that if any one else has a problem with their number they can refer to this and pop themselves on the head and not be as embarassed as I'am right now!
