Question about fonts
Question about fonts
I have downloaded a font that I don't think works well to cut with the cricut. I did a design with my name and this dingbat shape. I did weld all of it copied and made a shadow blackout. That all worked great but the shape did not cut the way I wanted. I think the lines were too fine. I have been wondering when I download a font and do not want it anymore can I delete if successfull from my fonts folder and is it ok to delete other fonts I don't want. Will this help the memory on my computer? or will it always be taking up space. I don't know if this makes sense but I thought I would embarrass myself and ask anyway... lol

Re: Question about fonts
The font is just a file...you can delete if you no longer want it. Not a stupid question at all!

Re: Question about fonts
you can download a font manager like AMP - this means you don't need to install all your fonts ( too many fonts can make your pc run very slowly), and can choose temporary install if you want a font for a particular project; you can also preview your fonts and see which ones are installed .

Re: Question about fonts
Susibi... I found the site for AMP font manager... Cost? It says something about Pay Pal donations...I don't see a charge for this.. Is there a suitable donation..? I do have Paypal. Thanks for any help or suggestions..
