Dress It Up

This card also turned out really nice. I cut the dress pattern with my Cricut using the SCAL program. The dress pattern is from DoodleLicious.com I first cut the dress in blue card stock and then in the clear dotted overlay. The flowers are sequins with brads in the centers. I then added the bling to the waist of the dress and the card.
