Probably a Stupid Question

Post by mommeex4 »

I have purchased the full version of SCAL and have been playing all afternoon. There is just one thing (so far) that I can't figure out. How do you space between words? There is no space bar on the screen keyboard and when I try to type on my computer keyboard- it doesn't come up in the font I have chosen on SCAL. There is probably some simple answer---but I can't find it. Thanks for any help.

When you type in SCAL:
First select your font from the Font Library. I double click on it and wait until the hour glass has gone. The keyborad display should now show the font you have selected.
Double click on the screen where you want your typing to go then just use your normal computer keyboard and type away like you would if you were sending a message here. use the space bar as you would do normally and it should come out fine with the font you have selected.

Thank you so much. It works!!! I tried that earlier and maybe I didn't wait long enough for it to load.

excellent.
Yes sometimes with the setting up you have to take a minute or two for it to get sorted.
