Silly question, but is there some trick to getting the smilies to work? when I click on one I get the keyboard version

I do NOT have disable smilies checked and under options it shows smilies are ON...

hmmmm... one of those little annoying things that will drive me crazy...

They don't show up until your comment actually posts, or you can click 'see preview' and scroll to the bottom - you'll see them there. I can see your smilies!
