jpeg and png files are being saved rotated

I hope someone can help, I am making cut files on scan n cut and then saving them in fcm jpeg png and svg. All of a sudden every time I save a jpeg and a png they are rotated 90 degrees right, the fcm and svg files are fine. Can anyone help me resolve this? I know I can go into the file and then rotate them but its really annoying and taking more time. T.I.A.

Some questions and requests:

(1) Just to clarify, you're designing these files in SCAL? What version? Please look in the Help>About Menu to get the EXACT version number for me.

(2) Also, is this SCAL regular or Pro? PC or Mac?

(3) And please do a new export as JPG or PNC and then take a screenshot of that export window with the settings you're using and then post that back here.

(4) Also, please do a screenshot of the Document Panel in SCAL so that I can verify in you're in Portrait or Landscape mode. I don't think it matters, but just in case I need to try to reproduce exactly what you're doing.
