need a birthday party hat

dose anyone have a party hat, the one u wear on your head,There are some great artis on here so maybe someone has made one

okay very easy to make using your shapes in SCAL draw a 12" circle, draw a oblong so it will cut the circle in half. Place a star or heart shape in the middle/centre of each half. Cut you now have two cones to make into hats. use eyelets to make holes to put the elastic to go under the neck.
