Cuts me in half

Help I am cut in half.
I have the full version of the program. Every time I cut anything it slices the item or font in half. What am I doing wrong. I think I would love this program it I can make it stop doing this. HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Did you do the update to Design Studio? IF you did, then unistall design studio and re-install with the original disc. I had the same problem and once I uninstalled and then re-installed SCAL is fine and is cutting MUCH faster!

Yup! Same here - took the Design Studio update off and reinstalled original and I'm working fine now.

Same with me, and the blade drag was happening when I was cutting in CDS as well! I got rid of that stupid upgrade real quick.

Hey guys thanks for all your ideas. I finally heard back from Todd and he fixed everything. I just had to download the newest version of SCA. Now it works great. New problem...I cannot stop playing with it.

I just installed the SCA on a new laptop (worked fine on my old laptop), now the blade is dragging and it's cutting lines in my cuts? I uninstalled the CDS software and reinstalled it using my disk, and that didn't work, I am ready to scream!!!! Any suggestions? I am going to email Todd but wanted to see if anyone else had answers?
