Purchased a cut file but not working.

Hi, Newb here. I am watching a lot of videos and tutorials and thought that I would for the sake of time purchase a cutfile so that I can make a decal for a valentines day gift for Wife but it is not working very well. I purchased it from Digitanza and the files come with a .bmp .eps .plt .png .svg .tiff clear .png .jpg .fcm .studio3

I can bring it up in scal5 but when i export it to Summa winplot it show up blank. (NOTE i can only use .pdf in Summa Winplot. I only tried using .svg in Scal5 to export to .pdf

I need some screenshots in order to help you with this. First of all, import the SVG version and show it in the main screen... the virtual mat. Then a screenshot of the Layers Panel. If there's a group folder, ungroup it first. Then, show the Cut Settings window. We'll get it figured out.

The image in the weeding window is still hard to see.

You can drag a corner of the Weeding window to make everything much bigger. Try that.

And besides making the window larger, you can also increase the Stroke size on the selected image and it will darken the outlines in that window, as well.
