having a difficult time getting real straight cuts when cutting names at about a 1/2 inch size
also can you import names from a doc into Sure Cuts?

Regarding your names not being straight, I would need to see a photo of the cut so I understand exactly what that means since I can interpret it several ways. Also what brand and model of cutter you're using.

we want to be able to apply personal names on garments, no larger than 1/2' in height but we are not happy with the result

We watched the recommended video in which the demonstrator imports names from her email. We tried to import names from both MS Word and Excel and got error message "failed to load the image, image not supported or invalid"
We are very frustrated that we can't preform this simple function.
Can you give us any advice on this?
