Ecal has a slow response time when using bluetooth

I am having an issue, when I send the commands to load/unload/cut to my Eclips 2 (using Bluetooth) it takes around 30-45 seconds to respond. Does any one have a solution. It is becoming very time consuming as I am trying to finish a project.

Are there any other devices using bluetooth at the same time? Turn off any other devices that may be using bluetooth (phone, tablet, etc). Your computer and the eclips should be able to communicate a little faster.
