hi, I formatted my computer, when I try to install Sure Cuts A lot Pro, appears a windows with the error 2552

go to craftedge.com and send a "support request" to craftedge with all the information on which scal, computer OS etc and the error code you are getting. They will answer your question :)

Yeah, I just had this error too. I just updated the software on this box. :/ Submitted a request. Hopefully I'll get an email shortly. :)
