Hi. Just wanted to let you know that I can't find this font either and it DOES look so familiar. I tried Wordmark and Matcherator and couldn't find a match. Sorry!
SCAL1, SCAL2 V2.044, SCAL3. SCAL4 XPsp3, Windows 7, Windows 10-64 bit, Ink.46, Cricut E, Silhouette Cameo

The name of this font is Cheddar Jack.
