Below is a picture of the effect I'm wanting to do but I don't know what it's called or how you do it thanks on sure cuts a lot 3

Hi, not sure which feature you are referring to:

the green cutout is done with "knockout", the text is: bulge". Both are found under the effects menu. If you search this forum you will find how to information and some tutorials.
