Machine locked on ONLINE

My machine is a few years old. Starting to wear down a bit. I use it several hours a day. The buttons are getting hard to push, meaning it doesn't always move the mat when I push an arrow etc. Today was cutting and it just stopped mid file. I had to turn it off and back on. Then I could not get it to switch from ONLINE to OFFLINE. When you turn it on it says checking Ram and then good. I did a reset. Sometimes when you turn it on it says online but then the y= value starts counting down until it reaches zero.

Lastly I tried unplugging it waiting and plugging it back in. This made it start working again.

Im just wondering if this has happened and if there is a part I should start thinking about replacing in it? I need it to keep working

What machine? Have you contacted the mfg? What scal software are you using?

Sorry I did leave that out. It is the silver bullet. I use scal 3 with it but I think this is a machine issue.
