Just wondering if anyone has a solution for me - I have searched the forums to no avail.
I have recently downloaded a number of designs from the eshape store within the SCAL.
The designs have downloaded but wen I try an open using any choices on the SCAL menu - the error message states the following see pic.
I have deleted and redownloaded. Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers, TIggy

Re: escape store issue
Did you watch this video?

I have not had any problem with these files, let us know how you do and if you are still have problems I'd contact support at the eshapes store.
ooopsy I just tried it and the video leaves out steps at the end...my guess is that updates to ecal changed things.
You have to go to file/sync library after you have download from the eshapes store. A list of your downloads should appear. then select all the ones you want click download. This action will change the file extension to a .cut file.
Now select the library icon (star) on the ecal top menu and select recent downloads and you should see your files converted. Double click to open. You can then save the file whereever it is convenient or just leave it in the library.
I know this is a bit complex and if I have the time I'll do a video showing it...which makes it easier I think.
