HELP WITH A PDF FILE!!!!!

I am trying to cut a file with vinyl for a window decal. The file is PDF and no matter what I try it comes out like a bunched up mess!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you attach the file and maybe someone can help you with it.

Every time I try to attach the pdf if says that the extension pdf is not allowed.
