Help with cutting a file

Can someone try to tell me the easiest way to cut the attached file? Trying to cut it for a tshirt but I'm new to the more advanced stuff so I am having a hard time.

I assume you want to know how to cut each piece. I opened you file. The layers panel on the bottom right corner of your screen will show you all of the individual pieces. Close the eye of the pieces you don't want to cut and you will see the piece you want to cut. Only those pieces shown on your mat will cut. It looks like every piece is a different color. For same color pieces, you can have that layer (the eye) open and cut them all at one time.

move the pieces where ever you want on your mat to save paper.
