Glass Block Vinyl
Thank you Talanhart for those sample vinyl pieces. Ordered a whole bunch and made a glass block. Can't wait to make more. So much fun and they are gorgeous gifts.

Good Job! Once you start cutting vinyl, you can't stop. It's too much fun.
2 weeks ago I cut vinyl for 43 Koozies for a friend of mines family for Thanksgiving. Lots of work, but they loved them.

Hi,
I'm reading so much about cutting vinyl and i was wondering, once I cut the shapes or designs, how do i apply it? I just got the cartridge "Summer in Paris" and i would love to work on a project for my daughter who LOVES the Eiffel tower. If anyone of you can help me, that would be great. TIA. Jennifer

Use transfer paper or "Con-Tact" paper - I bought a roll of the clear transparent paper. Weed the vinyl, place the contact paper on top, then pull of the design. Apply to your object. Found many you tube videos and SVG cuts just made a recent one of their own on cutting our their newest vinyl design and applying it.

Thank you, i'll look into that. If it works for me, i'll post a picture. Jennifer
Re: Glass Block Vinyl
It will work. Contact paper has always worked really well for me up until this last roll. I don't know why, but it doesn't want to pull the vinyl away from the backing very well and I have to help it by lifting the edges slightly. Don't be discouraged, it just needs a little help. Make sure you when you apply the contact paper on the top, you put a lot of pressure on it as well using a credit card or your Green Scraper tool in your Cricut Tool Kit.
Heat Transfer vinyl is also a lot of fun and easy to use.
