paid and no code

anyone have any advice? I am getting nothing. Checked the spam file, etc. How long does it take usually?

It's usually pretty quick. Just send an email to Todd. He's really good at responding so I wouldn't worry too much.

I had the same thing happen to me, checked my junk mail folder and it wasn't there either. I emailed about it and within minutes had my code. Now that I am using the program, it was so worth the little bit of wait.

Thanks for all of the tips guys. I still havent gotten anything and have emailed etc. My payment is showing as completed on paypal.....whaaaa! I wanna play!

pixie, glad you got that taken care of. I know it is frustrating to wait, but I'm telling you, as I'm playing and figuring it all out, the wait was too worth it!
