SCAL can't see 24" cutter? (SOLVED)
SCAL can't see 24" cutter? (SOLVED)
Please help!
SCAL only seems to recognize a 12" cutter. How do I get it to acknowledge my 24" cutter so the cuts aren't messed up??

Hi, I use ecal but I believe that scal3 is mostly the same. under cutter in the top menu I can select mat size of 24 inches did you try that? Consider finding another forum specifically for your cutter and scal3 if no one shows up here with your answer.
Sorry about that but that's the best answer I can come up with.

Re: SCAL can't see 24" cutter?
I do have the mat set right. I'm using a Silver Bullet, and I've got my question up on their forum too with no luck yet.
Here's a screen shot of what's happening.
I want to load my mat horizontally, but the program won't recognize it as a 24" machine. It's getting really frustrating
