Printing

Please Help

For some reason I am unable to print any new projects especially if they text in. I've gone into a old project and have checked my settings are the same for layout, colour options and printing but to no avail!

Does anybody have any ideas where I'm going wrong????

Belnda, it would be helpful if you could tell us what version of SCAL you are using and on what kind of OS (win8, Mac, etc.

I am also unclear if you are saying that the old files print and not the new ones. Is this correct?
Have you recently updated your SCAL or OS?

Hi

I'm on SCAL 3.051 and a Mac. SCAL has crashed on me a couple of times recently or 'unexpectedly stopped working' as the error message displays.

Its new items I can't print, old ones are fine. There haven't been any iMac updates recently and it was a couple of weeks ago I updated to SCAL 3.051.

I think I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling SCAL to see what happens....

Rather than un-install, I would try going back to the last version that worked correctly for you. Just install it right over the current version.
