Error code 5????

Because I was running into so much interfernce on my desk top with ecal software (ie: itunes makes ecal stop in middle of cutting, wireless keyboard doesn't work when using ecal), we decided to try running ecal on my husbands laptop.
This is the error code I got:
c:program files (x86) craftedge\ecal\ecal.exe.
An error occured while trying to replace the existing file: Delete file failed; code5 Access denied.

Is this because I can't have it activated on my desktop and my laptop?
if that is the case, how do I deactivate it on the desk top?

Grrrrr.....not getting much done lately.

You may install it on a desktop and on a laptop. Do a complete un-install on the laptop and then re-install again. I've never had an installation issue on any of the versions and I have both PC and Mac versions.
