You Go Girl - Purse and Hat

Another birthday card on the You GO GIRL theme from a previous post. The polka dots I did with a paper punch, it was just easier than using the Cricut. Thin ribbon for the handle and hat band. The plumeria flower is from another photo made into an svg file.
