My SCAL 3 is saying there is an update. Where do i find it please

Maybe go to Edit and Preferences at the top and Updates, and then uncheck the box. I don't have mine set to automatically check, I just check the board link I gave here, from time to time to see if it has changed to a new version, and then I just download.
