It really depends if they are public domain images or not...
If they have a copyright... you can not post the picture or the file publicly on this forum.
If you want to share inspiration from a copyright image...please post a link to it, where you got it from, instead.
If it is a font...please note the name of the font for us, and direct where to get it.
