ISO Infinity Cross

Post by sue.mn »

I am looking for a infinity cross svg that I can add text to. I am not very good at drawing and cant seem to find a svg of one to use in inkscape. My goal is to do a bible verse on path of the cross for a wedding present. TIA for all help.

Susan, there are a bunch of different designs here.

I think that if you "capture" or download one of the simple designs you will be able to trace the image in Inkscape or SCAL/eclips.

If you need help once you've picked the one you like someone will be here to help you.

I made this one really quickly using the infinity symbol, duplicated it and turned one horizontal, lengthened the vertical one. A little Path/difference to cut out the centers and you're done.

Thanks so much. Now I should be able to put text on path in inkscape with this? I am slowing learning how to do things, it is a slow process though. I will show how it turns out when I am done. Well unless I need more help!

We are here if you need more help! Inkscape takes a long while to learn, but each attempt gets you closer to success. Looking forward to seeing the finished project.

Thanks for letting us know you are on your way.
