Quote with circle underlay

I am trying to make a wall quote with a circle underneath the words our family. (as seen on wall quotes.com) Having trouble with just the right circle. Any suggestions?

Also, if you could add more information...like how large you want that "O" to be, and will it have to be done in pieces to be large enough for your wall art?
