Lady bug favor box and fly-swatter

My mother in law's church is doing a seminar for a "lady's church devotional" about swatting out bad habbits. So I am ISO a lady bug svg like the one in the photo. I also need a fly-swatter in 3d. Can someone help me? Your help is greatly appreciated! TIA!

Here is a likeness to the bug. The swatter you could just cut a square and punch holes with a hole punch and put on a stick.
That's what I am thinking anyway.

Hope you have a pillow box...if not I believe I designed one once...would have to look for it to be sure.

Finish the eyes on this bug by hand with a pen, maybe.
