I have a font that I made the letters thicker but now have lost the center of like the letter h, l and e. Is there a way to get the centers back but, still have the letters thicker? Thanks in advance for any help.

My design won't fill with color. I've read all the troubleshooting prior but don't think mine is the same issue.
