Craft Edge

Help, Having a little trouble with inkscape. I'm in quick need of a clown scut file if anyone has one. I found a couple to convert but a little complicated for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Downloaded a envelope template. Did the inkscape thing and have a svg file to import into scal. When I cut in scal the little window stays on checking mat and the cricut is cuting over the same line many times. The outline in scal looks sort of thick.
