How do I make the letters into a circle?

Im not sure how to explain myself.. I want to make circle saying Merry Christmas.. also how do I layer things?

go to Heather's tut..just made one myself..too easy.....thanks all for your help..would show my file but going to be a present so when finished will post it....

i have printed Heathers tut to try but i have used Firstcut's directions she posted here before and also tonite. they are easy peasy. also, the SVG Factory is so cool and easy.
