Craft Edge

I want to use a saved corel file that has several letters grouped on one file, I need to separate them so I can cut each one. I saved the file from Corel as a svg, I don't know if that is the right first step. I cannot figure out how to separate each letter and save them individually as svg files, using Inkscape. What should I do? thanks

Which Corel program are you working in? If you can save as .svg can't you modify the file in the same program?
