Sorry, if this is a dumb question. What exactly is a SCUT file? I am trying to import this file into SCAL and I can't. Does this need to be SVG?

An SCUT is the file you open in SCAL... don't import the file as you would an SVG.. You go to edit and Open for an SCUT...
