How long does it generally take to receive an email answer back from support@craftedge.com????

How long have you been waiting? You'd think if they don't offer phone support they would at least be prompt in replying to emails. I'm so frustrated. I run a vinyl business using SCAL so I have orders stacking up with no solution to my "Issue". UGH! :cry:

Just got a response & they solved the problem. Should have been more patient, I guess. Sorry Craft edge! :D
