Snow Leopard for Mac causing problem

Wish I hadn't installed Snow Leopard for mac, but I did. When I try to open my SCAL it will not recognize my Name, serial #, activation # or site # and will only let me go into trial mode. This will not work for very long. I have written the support at Craftedge, but is anyone else having this problem? I also lost some of my fonts I had been using.

I had the same thing happen to us when the OS came out. And that happens to us everytime Mac OS has an update to put out and we install it. The SCAL program just thinks that you have 2 registered copies out there and it won't activate another one. Just contact CraftEdge Support and they will reset your Activation. It took less than 24 hours for them to respond and say "There now try it"

OMG. Thanks so much....that seems to make sense. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Was this problem ever resolved? I have been using SCAL with Snow Leopard for about 2 weeks then suddenly this morning I get a message that my "trial has expired". I have emailed support but haven't heard anything yet. I have some things that need to be cut TODAY! So I'm having a fit! :o Any advice???

I seem to remember that someone said you need to re activate your SCA when you update to Snow Leopard. I'd try that before I "panic"!
